Refund Policy

At Ixora Pewter, we aim to deliver high-quality custom products. Please read our return and refund terms below:

1. Custom Product Policy

Since all our trophies, medals, and awards are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged during delivery.

  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was confirmed in the order.

2. Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item:

  • Email: ixorapewter@gmail.com

  • Include: Order number, photo of the product, and explanation of the issue.

3. Refund or Replacement

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product (free of charge), or

  • A partial/full refund (depending on the case).
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Minor imperfections due to handcrafted nature

  • Incorrect designs approved by the customer before production
